Bundled fee for Front Range Counties: $360.00 (includes closing, notary fee, release fee, tax certificate, courier, wire fee, edoc fee, etc.)

Bundled fee for non-Front Range Counties: $270.00 (includes items listed above)

Purchase Closing Fees:

Sale Closing Fee: $250.00

For Sale by Owner Closing Fee: $400.00

Purchase money loan closing fee, Front Range counties: $325.00 (see above for items included)

Purchase money loan closing fee, non-Front Range counties: $250.00.

Recording Fees: $11.00 for first page recorded, $5.00 each for others
